FOUNDER'S STORY
From Defendant to Advocate
In my 30s, I was a successful business owner with an amazing wife and kids, and no understanding of the criminal justice system.
Then everything changed.
I was prosecuted for a serious crime, spent a small fortune on lawyers, pleaded guilty, and was sent to a very dangerous prison. Suddenly, my freedom, family, finances, and future were gone.
But in the most unlikely place, I found a new purpose.
I found the law library, became a law clerk, and spent 17 years studying the system and helping thousands of inmates navigate their legal challenges. I learned lessons most people never discover, until it's too late.
After my release, a friend asked me to help find the right criminal defense attorney for her son. That experience revealed a greater purpose.
Families facing prosecution need someone who understands the system from the inside.
From my experiences, American Criminal Justice Consulting Group was born.
